Nature of service
We provide information and help arrange private transport, tours, and concierge in Bali. The transport and services are operated by vetted partners, not by VIP Bali Travel directly.
Pricing & availability
All rates are ranges and indicative, and change by season, distance, vehicle, and duration. The base service is separate from fuel, tolls, parking, and extras unless stated. Final pricing is confirmed at booking. Bali’s international tourist levy of IDR 150,000 per person is payable by travellers.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once acknowledged by the partner or our official channel. Cancellation, deposits, and refunds follow the serving partner’s policy.
Limitation of liability
We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee availability, exact timing, weather, or specific outcomes. Responsibility for the travel service rests with the operating partner.
